✨ Sufi Circles ✨
How to Do It:
1️⃣ Sit cross-legged, placing your hands on your knees.
2️⃣ Begin circling your torso clockwise, leading with your chest.
3️⃣ Inhale as you come forward.
4️⃣ Exhale as you roll back on your sits bones.
5️⃣ After a few breaths, reverse the direction.
Breathing: Deep, long breaths through the nose.
Benefits:

🌟 Stimulates digestion
🌟 Creates a deep sense of grounding and calm
🌿 I personally find Sufi Circles very relaxing and grounding, especially when I feel overwhelmed or stressed. The beauty is you can do these circles almost anywhere—whether you’re sitting in a chair, pulling out a mat, or even while in the car waiting for my child. It’s a simple, yet powerful practice.
