Meet Katie!
Katie is the founder of The New Parent Academy, originally from the UK and a Registered Perinatal Nurse, Public Health Nurse and Midwife. Katie has over 20 years nursing experience specializing in working with families from pregnancy through to 5 years of age.
Before moving to Canada Katie was a well-known parenting expert in the UK, taking to the stage at The National Baby Show in London, Manchester, Birmingham and Glasgow. She wrote for multiple pregnancy and parenting publications and featured in the occasional TV and radio show!
Our signature program for new parents takes all of Katie's knowledge, skills and experience and combines it into a unique 5-year program to support children, parents and families in those all important first years.
