🌺 Yoga Retreat designed to guide your body and nervous system into deep rest.

This immersive experience includes Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Sound Bath, and Healing Reiki energy, creating space for physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.

Restorative Yoga is practiced slowly, with poses held for longer periods and fully supported by props. The emphasis is on stillness, deep breathing, and allowing the body to release without effort.
