Eating well does not have to be complicated. It just needs to be intentional.

Here is an example of how to fuel your body for energy healing and overall well-being. Thank you to for preparing meals that support every lifestyle.

Here is a quick guide to how we would organize our meals:

Breakfast: A protein focused meal is designed to fuel and set the stage for the rest of the day. Focus on protein and you’ll avoid the afternoon crash.

Lunch: be intentional about focusing on one protein and complimenting that with veggies and complex carbs.

Feeling full for longer happens when your body is able to breakdown whole foods. Avoid a quick carb focused lunch. Lunch bowls keep you satiated and balanced.

Dinner: this meal supports recovery and should be focused on reducing inflammation. Focus on veggies, healthy fats and a protein to keep you satiated. Steak and Veggies is a favourite.

Snacks: what you snack on matters. Feeling hungry after a main meal can be a sign that you are under fuelling or imbalanced in the main meals.

Think berries, Greek yogurt, left over protein, or veggies to fill in missing fuel.

Support your body with the building blocks it needs. Be intentional.
