Gentle, smooth, flowing massage style promotes general relaxation, relieves muscles tension, improves circulation, helps decrease stress and anxiety, promotes immune system. If needed more pressure, just ask our Therapist for a Deep tissue massage. The pressure will be generally more intense than a relaxation massage. Deep tissue massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains, such in stiff neck, upper back, lower back pain, leg muscle tightness and sore shoulders. If needed to work more on the specific areas, Therapeutic massage is a perfect choice. There will be more focus on Trigger points (known as “Knots”), any injury areas. Some tests or assessments might be performed and included in the treatment, it lets to know more about the condition and find the best healing plan.
