1,000 WORKOUTS STRONG 💪🔥

A huge congratulations to Mark McKenna on hitting 1,000 workouts at F45 Kingsland an incredible milestone and one that’s been earned through consistency, grit, and lots of sweat 😅

Mark is a staple in our 9:30 AM and Noon classes, showing up week after week with a smile on his face and a work ethic that sets the tone for everyone around him. If you ever get partnered with Mark, you already know what’s coming so be ready to be outworked.

He brings positive energy into every session (maybe an F bomb here and there 😉) and gives his all, every single workout. We are super proud of the progress Mark has made in his fitness journey and even more excited for what’s still ahead.

Official Launching January 11 at 10:45 AM

We’re excited to introduce The Ultimate Mobility Flow to the Kingsland schedule. This is a brand-new class experience designed to help you feel lighter, looser, and ready to move.

This new series will become your weekly reset, supporting your body and mind as we move through the upcoming phases. It’s the perfect way to prepare for the week ahead and stay performing at your best.

What to expect:
• 15 targeted mobility movements
• 60 seconds per movement
• Performed twice through
• Focused on opening joints, releasing tension, and restoring energy. Focusing on breath work to improve release of tension.

✔ Improving range of motion
✔ Injury prevention
