Dear friends, as December reaches its threshold, the Solstice on December 21 arrives like a deep exhale for the planet and for our inner worlds. Energetically, the solstice acts as a zero point: old timelines complete, dormant codes awaken, and our nervous systems are invited into a quieter, more coherent rhythm.
