As I sat quietly this morning feeling yet another episode of my heart pounding in my chest, I wondered how many others have been experiencing new sensations of the heart lately. Breathing into my heart and allowing the pounding to subside, I was reminded of several people I had encountered in the past week that disclosed experiencing episodes of rapid fluttering heartbeat or “minor twinges” in the left chest over the past year. This too is something I have been experiencing as well as the episodes like this morning where my heartbeat becomes more noticeable for a period of time. It pounds loudly, its regular rhythm echoing in my ears instead of beating quietly unnoticed as it usually does. These episodes arise out of the blue unrelated to any kind of physical or emotional stress. Other heart related episodes have been less physical. Many friends have commented on sudden episodes of crying related to different heartfelt emotions such as grief, sadness, and shame. Curiously, I asked Spirit what all this could mean and was reminded that our body speaks to us. It draws our attention to matters that we must address. In this case, “matters of the heart.” “But what kind of matters?” I wondered. As it turns out, when I dug deeper and deeper there were many messages coming from the heart. How about you? You have the power to create❤️

I am Anna, and I come to you from a place of deep serenity and joy. I am here to invite you to dance to the sound of life, letting go of the voices of the mind and stepping beyond the veil.
Today, I come to you with my beloved Master, Babaji. We are here to remind you that you are also a master, a creator, a profound being of light. You are meant to create.
There is nothing that keeps you blocked, restrained, or small, other than the power you give to your own mind and conditioning. We ask you not to believe, but to know. Believing defines your reality and keeps it shaped by your own definitions. Belief says, “This is how things are,” yet what it truly means is, “This is the reflection of what I believe.”
Instead, tune into a deeper sense within you: your intuition. Feel that space, because it does not need belief. It simply knows the truth of this moment. And it also knows that the very next moment may be different.
Dear friend, what we are sharing with you is that you hold an infinite power of creation once you awaken to it. Know that if you wish to use this power for personal gain alone, it will not manifest at its highest potential, nor will it truly nourish you. Yet when your intention turns toward the highest good of all, when what you create is offered further to support many others, to generate lasting change, then your highest purpose reveals itself to you, and you will know how to walk this path.
Babaji steps forward now to leave you a message:
For many years, I have walked upon the Earth with hope in my heart. The hope that you would awaken from the illusion, from the script you have embraced so fully, as if it were the only possible narrative. I have waited patiently, and many of you have turned toward me. Some of you have visited me in the Himalayas. Some of you have met me within the sacred space of your heart, without needing to travel so far.
Now there is no more need to wait. You are meant to discover that you are not a human being, nor merely a body, but consciousness expressing itself in form. You are meant to reclaim your power and begin to create with it.
Be focused. Be wise. Send your energy where you wish creation to unfold. Be love, and love you will perceive everywhere.
You are immortal, and even your body carries this remembrance. Yet you have embraced certain stories and begun to experience them as truth. Rewrite the narrative. Create your own. Act upon it. Bring this force back to Earth: the force of one who knows that everything is possible.
We deeply love you, and we are always with you. Many such transmissions will continue to flow. Not far from now, beloved one, you will walk again with me upon the Earth.

Do you know what the coming Golden Future holds for you? I have asked Spirit to give us a glimpse via The Golden Future Oracle by Diana Cooper. It is believed by many spiritual leaders that we are moving towards a new fifth-dimensional Golden Age. According to Cooper, it will be “a time of peace, harmony, and abundance, when everyone co-operates for the highest good.” There will be a shift in consciousness where we will “be attuned to the angelic and spiritual worlds” and “everything we need will come to us automatically and effortlessly.” Cooper has been told by Spirit that we are currently in the preparation phase and by 2032 the blueprint for the Golden Age will be in place. As I enjoyed a Facetime visit with my daughter and three of our grandchildren yesterday, I marvelled at the eight month’s old perseverance at crawling over a literal obstacle course of scattered toys, which also included his mom’s legs as she sat on the floor with him, to get to his favourite toy that his sister was enticing him with. His little face lit up with a smile as his determination was rewarded when he reached his goal and began pushing buttons to watch them light up. That moment brought in a sudden flood of examples of perseverance I have witnessed recently and then Spirit threw in the phrase, “Try, try again.” I can understand why this message is coming in now. We are being challenged globally to persevere in our hope for the future and personally to persevere in our work to attain our life’s goals. In this year of the Fire Horse, we are being supported by the energy of action and creativity to persevere on our journey forward. The full phrase that Spirit was reminding me of is the well known “If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again.” In other words, the phrase motivates us to continue our efforts in the face of adversity. It encourages us inferring that we can still achieve our goals despite several attempts and setbacks. In fact, it implies that repeated efforts and learning from mistakes are often a necessary part of success. I am sure every one of you have lived examples of this proverb. Right? As we approach the dawn of the Year of the Fire Horse, I found it interesting that today’s Angel Messages come from another element most often considered the opposite of fire, water. The Healing Waters Oracle deck created by Rebecca Campbell is offering a beautiful card that also aligns with the coming new moon. The deck’s author emphasizes how water is intrinsic to life. You may remember that she describes water as recording information which it then distributes as it circulates around the Earth.
