Turkey Bacon & Tomato Egg Bites π₯π³π
I swear half of the recipes I come up with just come from me using whatever I have in my fridge. π these turned out really good though! & theyβre super easy to make, low calorie & high protein.
Ingredients:
π₯ 6 eggs
π§ 300g cottage cheese
π
diced tomatoes / cherry tomatoes
π₯ 4 slices Turkey bacon - chopped
π§ salt & pepper
π§ grated cheese
To make them:
π₯ chop the bacon and tomatoes, disperse evenly into greased muffin tin
π₯ blend the eggs and cottage cheese until smooth, season with salt and pepper
π
pour the egg mixture evenly in the muffin tins, over the bacon and tomato
π§ sprinkle with grated cheese
Bake at 350Β°F for 25-28 minutes, until cheese is crispy and egg bites are firm.
