"I attended this as part of a cancer therapy program, and it was simply amazing. I didn't know what to expect, so when I found myself being me again. With cancer, I lost a lot of myself, including my ability to trust my body, myself, and my instincts. The "work" (it didn't feel like work--it was fun" my partner and I did with our horse kept me focused on the present, and allowed me to find part of the trust I had lost. I could see the difference in the way the horse communicated with us as we progressed through the activities. It was an extremely worthwhile experience, and I look forward to doing it again, this time with my kids.

I'd highly recommend this for anyone wanting to simply refocus, decompress, or simply as a way to bond with people you care about!" 💚💜
