Twisted an ankle or pulled a muscle and not sure where to go?

Myth: All sprains and strains need urgent care.
Truth: Many mild to moderate sprains and strains can be safely treated at a clinic. If you have pain, swelling, or limited movement but can still move the area and there’s no severe deformity, a family or walk-in clinic is often the right first step.

Myth: You should “wait it out” no matter what.
Truth: You should go to urgent care or ER if there is severe pain, numbness, obvious deformity, heavy swelling, or you cannot move or bear weight at all.

At Infiniti Medical Clinic, we assess sprains and strains, provide treatment advice, and help with work or injury-related paperwork when needed.
