There’s a deep flaw in the way mainstream psychology is often practiced today:
We’re diagnosing people based on a feeling.
And when that feeling doesn’t go away fast enough —
the solution is more meds.
But here’s what that approach misses:
You’re experiencing the thinking of your feeling.
Not the world. Not your past. Not even the raw emotion itself.
What you’re feeling is the echo of thought in real-time.
Trying to take away a feeling creates more suffering.
Suppressed emotion doesn’t disappear - it hides.
It shows up as:
- compulsive habits
- chronic illness
- emotional numbness
- disconnection from the body and soul
We’ve been trained to fear our own emotions...
but feeling is how you heal.
