🌟We've updated our Hormone Replacement (BHRT) program!
As our program has become increasingly popular, we are excited to update you on the new BHRT program! 💓
✨️Initial consultations will be with Shanell, RN who will review your past medical history, current symptoms, and goals for care. Your appointment overview will be reviewed with Kassidy, who will then issue a blood work requisition, if deemed appropriate 🫶
✨️Your initiation appointment will be with Kassidy, NP who will walk you through options for treatment to improve your symptoms and create a plan that fits with your goals in mind. Prescriptions will be issued by Kassidy with enough refills for 6 months, if appropriate 🌟
✨️Follow-up appointments will be with Kassidy, NP at a minimum of every 6 months to review changes to symptoms, refill prescriptions and review blood work (blood work is completed annually, but follow-up appointments are every 6 months).
❤️These changes have been made in an effort to improve patient care and access to ongoing optimized treatment for our clients
💫 Please note: patients always have access to both Shanell and Kassidy through the secure booking platform for questions, concerns, or issues while undergoing treatment .
