I know reaching out for support isn’t always easy. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, trauma, or life changes, you don’t have to face it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering a space where you can feel heard, supported, and understood.

I am currently accepting new clients for virtual sessions across Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Saskatchewan, and Yukon.
