Perimenopause is not just hot flashes and hormones.
For so many women, it is the season where the body starts waving a very loud flag saying:
Something has to change.

And yet, women are still expected to keep running.

Running the household.
Running the business.
Running the errands.
Running the emotional labour.

Running everyone else’s lives while quietly wondering why they feel exhausted, unsupported, overstimulated, and unlike themselves.

In this conversation, Karina, a homeopath, speaks to the deeper reality of perimenopause: many women are not truly supported through this phase of life.

They are often handed a quick fix or surface-level answer, when what they may actually need is to pause, listen, and look at the life they are trying to survive inside of.

Homeopathy works with the body, rather than forcing it into silence.
It looks at the whole person — the symptoms, emotions, overwhelm, stress patterns, lifestyle, and the deeper message underneath it all.

Because sometimes the body is not betraying you.
Sometimes the body is telling the truth.

“This pace is not sustainable.”

“This version of life is not nourishing you.”

“You cannot keep abandoning yourself and expect to feel well.”

This is the kind of conversation we love having inside Wellbee Social.

Holistic wellness is not only about remedies. It is about education, community, body wisdom, honest conversation, and learning how to support ourselves in a way that actually makes sense.

Drop into one of our Wellbee Social Community Events to connect with holistic practitioners who see the body as wise, responsive, and worthy of being supported naturally.

Come listen, ask questions, meet the community, and experience a different kind of wellness conversation.
Because women deserve more than survival mode.
They deserve to be heard, supported, and brought back to themselves.

Many people carry a quiet feeling inside them...

“I don’t belong here.”

And for highly sensitive, intuitive, spiritually aware people… that feeling can run deep.

Sometimes, without even realizing it, we begin to leave our bodies. We drift. We disconnect. We float into other dimensions, other timelines, other realms of awareness — because being fully here, in this human experience, can feel overwhelming.

But what if the work is not to escape the body?

What if the work is to come back into it?

To remember that we chose to be here.

That this life, this body, this Earth experience, is not an accident.

That we are not meant to get swallowed by the chaos of the human world, but we are meant to witness it, feel it, move through it, and stay anchored in our own energy while we do.

This is the kind of conversation we love having inside Wellbee Social.
Because holistic living is not only about remedies, herbs, homeopathy, food, or protocols — although we love those too.

Sometimes holistic wellness means talking about the energetics behind what we experience.

The soul patterns.

The nervous system responses.

The ways we leave ourselves.

The ways we come home.

Inside Wellbee Social, you’ll find community conversations, blogs, videos, practitioner wisdom, and deeper discussions that explore healing from the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual layers.

Join us in the feed, come to a community event, explore the blogs and videos, or find us on YouTube.

Because sometimes the most powerful healing begins with one honest conversation...

What part of me has left… and how do I call myself back?

Sun care is one of those topics that brings up a lot of questions.

More people are starting to look more closely at what they put on their skin (your biggest organ), how often they’re in the sun, and what more conscious sun care can look like in everyday life.

For some, that means reading labels more carefully. For others, it means learning about things like mineral-based options, sun gazing to train your skin and supporting the body in a more mindful way.

At Wellbee Social, these are the kinds of conversations we love making space for — thoughtful, curious, and open conversations around holistic living and the choices people are making for themselves and their families.

There is so much to learn when it comes to wellness, and it helps to be in a community where people can share perspectives, ask better questions, and explore different approaches together.

If you’re looking for more conversations like this around natural living, conscious wellness, and holistic health, come join us inside the Wellbee community 🐝

Have you ever tried kombucha?

A lot of people enjoy it as part of a more natural, holistic lifestyle. It’s a fermented tea with a really distinct taste, and for some people it feels like a nice alternative to sugary drinks or pop.

More than anything, it’s one of those things that gets people thinking differently about what they’re putting into their body and how small daily choices can add up over time.

That’s really what holistic living is about — becoming more aware, getting curious, and finding what actually feels good and supportive for you.

That’s also why spaces like Wellbee Social are so valuable. There’s so much to learn when it comes to natural living, and it helps to be in a community where people are sharing ideas, experiences, and different ways of looking at wellness.

If you’re into more conversations like this, come join us on Wellbee 🐝

One of the things we love about Wellbee Social is that it brings so many different practitioners together under one roof.

We all work in different ways. Some support the physical body, some the emotional body, some the nervous system, some trauma, some energy, and some spiritual healing. And one area that is often overlooked in the healing world is the Akashic Records.

This is the work we do — not as a cool past life experiment, but as a way to help people understand where they may still be stuck in this life.

Sometimes a fear, trigger, addiction, scarcity pattern, or emotional response has a deeper root. When we enter the Records, we can often find where that imprint began and begin clearing it at the source.

But the real beauty is this:
no one practitioner does it all.

That’s why community matters.

Through spaces like Wellbee, we can refer people to the practitioners who hold the pieces we don’t, and together support healing in a much fuller, more connected way.

This is how we begin to heal the whole person — through collaboration, community, and the willingness to honour each practitioner’s unique gifts.

There are so many people waking up right now who quietly feel like they don’t fit anywhere.

Some are just beginning to question everything they’ve been taught.

Some are becoming more intuitive, more sensitive, more aware.

Some are having spiritual or even galactic experiences and have spent far too long being made to feel like something is wrong with them.

This is exactly why I created The Healing Path Membership through Purple Moon Healing Group.

It’s a space where people can come together twice a month on Zoom to learn, share, heal, and finally realize they are not alone.
A space where nothing is off the table. A space where your experiences are met with openness, not judgment. A space where you can begin to understand what’s happening within you, reconnect to who you really are, and walk this path in community.

And this is also why I love being part of Wellbee Social.

Because Wellbee is creating something so needed right now — a larger community where holistic living, spiritual conversation, conscious connection, and alternative ways of seeing healing are welcomed. It bridges beautifully with the work I do inside The Healing Path, because both are rooted in the same truth:

We heal more deeply when we realize we are not the only one.

If you’ve been looking for your people…

If your awakening has felt lonely…

If you’ve known there is more, but haven’t always had a safe place to explore it…

This is your reminder that spaces like this do exist.

And you don’t have to walk it alone.

What if the body’s ability to conceive is influenced by more than just the physical?

In this powerful clip, Andrea Drabble speaks about the connection between hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation, and IVF success.

She explains how unresolved fear and emotional trauma may affect the body during conception — and how RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) can help shift those patterns and create greater safety within the system.

A fascinating perspective for anyone exploring fertility through a deeper mind-body lens.

Honey has been used for centuries, and for good reason.

It is more than just a natural sweetener. Honey is known for its soothing properties, its antimicrobial activity, and its ability to support healing in certain contexts. It has been used to help calm coughs, soothe sore throats, and support wound care, especially in medical-grade forms. Research also suggests that honey may help create a healing environment for tissue repair.

This is such a beautiful reminder that healing is not always about force.

Sometimes it looks like nourishment. Sometimes it looks like soothing the system.

Sometimes it looks like working with nature in a way that supports the body gently and wisely.

Of course, not all honey is created equal, and it is important to use the right form for the right purpose. Honey should never be given to babies under 1 year old, and medical concerns still deserve proper care.

Inside communities like Wellbee, these are the kinds of conversations that matter — learning how natural tools, traditional wisdom, and practitioner support can come together to help people feel more informed, empowered, and connected to their own healing journey.
