The Calgary Reads Big Book Sale is back!

By donating books and shopping the sale, you help get books and reading help to Calgary children so they can learn to read — and reach their potential!

Donations can be made at the Calgary Curling Club from April 24 to May 3, and there are four neighbourhood Stuff-a-Truck events happening.

When a child is critically ill or injured, having the right tools can make all the difference.

Donor-funded point-of-care ultrasound allows clinicians to see inside the body in real time — helping diagnose serious conditions faster, guide complex procedures more safely and reduce pain during treatment.

Through the KidSONO training program, this innovation is expanding across the Alberta Children’s Hospital and being shared with pediatric teams across Canada — improving care experiences for children nationwide.

Our friend Jayce has a message for every player, family, coach, team, sponsor and supporter who made Hockey Kids Helping Kids such a huge success.

Through their fundraising efforts, teams raised more than $70,000! That dedication made an even bigger impact thanks to the incredible generosity of Keith and Sharon Boonstra who stepped forward to donate an additional $50,000 for a grand total of $120,000!

These donations will support vital technology, programs and research that give kids the best possible chance to heal, grow and dream.

Thank you for coming together for Hockey Kids Helping Kids. Together, you truly make everything possible.
