Meet Angel Miracle—a woman whose journey is shaped by purpose, service, and unwavering faith. Guided by her belief in the Mighty One, she is deeply committed to empowering others and creating meaningful impact in every space she serves. She carries the belief that every person has a unique light—one that can uplift generations through compassion, leadership, and community.

With over 16 years of dedicated public service, Miracle currently serves as an Information Management Analyst with the City of Calgary. She is also an active member of Calgary Women in Policing, championing representation, mentorship, and women’s leadership. Her reign as Mrs. Grand Pilipinas Canada 2023–2024 further reflects her passion for culture, advocacy, and community engagement on an international stage.

Her journey is grounded in continuous growth, with a strong academic foundation in Business Administration, Medical Assistant Nursing studies, and Records and Information Management. But beyond titles and achievements, her greatest inspiration comes from her role as a mother of four—where her strength, purpose, and dedication are deeply rooted.

Miracle’s impact extends far beyond her profession. From organizing community drives to participating in cause-driven fashion shows, from faith-based leadership to wellness advocacy—she continues to serve with intention and heart. As an ambassador for Sempre Amore Health and Wellness & Lifestyle, she represents a lifestyle centered on balance, confidence, and empowerment.

Born and raised in Legazpi, Philippines, she pursued her passion for education, earning her degree and Master’s in General Science Education from Bicol University. As a devoted mother of three and a proud grandmother of two, family has always been at the heart of everything she does.

She began her journey as a teacher — a profession she embraced with purpose, shaping lives and giving back to her community. But with a heart driven by hope and a desire to create a better future, she made the brave decision to step beyond her comfort zone and start anew abroad.

Arriving in Canada in December 2010, she faced the quiet battles of loneliness and uncertainty. Yet through faith, resilience, and determination, she rose above it all. Today, she stands not only as a Canadian citizen but as a successful business owner and director — a testament to her strength and vision.
