The tree is still up.
The calendar doesn’t know what day it is.
And your body might be craving a little gentleness.

This space between Christmas and New Year’s isn’t meant for pressure, resets, or “starting over.”
It’s a pause. A breath. A chance to listen in.

No Shoes Nutrition was started in 2017 by Megan Barefoot to help busy professional women who struggle with stubborn weight. They are frustrated and feel drained from the constant pursuit of health. Megan too was in this boat! She has found a formula for success for herself that she loves to share with women who are tired of being told to eat less and exercise more!
