We are on the precipice of the Blood Moon, with endings & beginnings, revelations of hidden truths & big time Karmic truths.

The collective is full of chaos and fear-but we dont need to buy into the narrative.

We can stay balanced. Focused. Dedicated.

Here is who I am totally and fully, beneath what you see.

I’m just a girl who has dreams, has fallen a thousand times, gotten back up time and again.

I am a women who dares to challenge the narrative in how I parent, how I wife, and how I learn.

I have broken parts that still need tending, and some parts that are so pure and true-that I sometimes can’t handle it.

I am a human who wants all people to have an opportunity to live from the heart, and the pain and suffering I see shatters my heart.

I would if I could save everyone from hurt and being outcast. If I could I would rewrite history-and HER-story.

My work comes from lived experiences, from navigating chaos, from breaking, rebuilding & pain.

I believe in honest conversations that help others not feel so alone.
I believe in empathy, kindness and a deep connection can help any of our life’s journeys become just a little easier.

If you are a Calgary Woman, moving through change, questioning who you are & who you want to be, trying to find your footing again-this is the work I do one on one.
