Here is who I am totally and fully, beneath what you see.

I’m just a girl who has dreams, has fallen a thousand times, gotten back up time and again.

I am a women who dares to challenge the narrative in how I parent, how I wife, and how I learn.

I have broken parts that still need tending, and some parts that are so pure and true-that I sometimes can’t handle it.

I am a human who wants all people to have an opportunity to live from the heart, and the pain and suffering I see shatters my heart.

I would if I could save everyone from hurt and being outcast. If I could I would rewrite history-and HER-story.

My work comes from lived experiences, from navigating chaos, from breaking, rebuilding & pain.

I believe in honest conversations that help others not feel so alone.
I believe in empathy, kindness and a deep connection can help any of our life’s journeys become just a little easier.

If you are a Calgary Woman, moving through change, questioning who you are & who you want to be, trying to find your footing again-this is the work I do one on one.

A good day to sit with the Women in Circle.

I’m dying to drop a couple of patterns that keep me in a miserable unhealthy loop, plus of course find joy and grace.

Even if you doubt all this numbers stuff-it is just another moment in time to slow down and think 🤔 about who you are becoming and what you need to do daily to become her.

Holy crap balls.

You know I’ve been teaching snippets of Gods/Goddesses in Women’s Circle and mezmorized by the teachings and piles of books on my bedside table.

But today was real understanding.

My brilliant teacher Silcox took us in and into the work, mashed us about directed and held us in such a profound way there was nothing left to do but face my own darkness.

If you know me at all you know I’ve gone deep-but not like this.

My heart shattered.
My tears completely and holy fell.

This is feminine wisdom that we need more and more of so that we can shed the SHAME stories we carry and move the f on from them!

I cannot wait for our next Circle fast approaching in Calgary on Dec 12 (yes a portal day).

If you are ready to sit with us in circle, women who are ready to explore and who feel something shifting inside, ready to step into a more grounded embodiment-you have to come!

This is our time to shift and stand so beautifully in our genuine feminine power.
