Start by identifying one or two small habits you can incorporate into your day. Maybe it's swapping your afternoon coffee for a refreshing herbal tea or taking a brisk 10-minute walk during your lunch break. 🌞 Remember, it's not about making drastic changes overnight but rather taking small, manageable steps toward a healthier lifestyle.
