Our non-heated studio provides an inclusive environment with sessions such as Restorative Yoga + Sound Healing, Yin Yoga, Yoga + Pilates Fusion, Vinyasa Flow and more. We also offer specialized Registered Series, focused on topics like anxiety + stress relief, mental + emotional wellbeing, injury + pain management, and more. Our smaller class sizes offer personalized care, led by experienced instructors including Certified Yoga Therapists. Beyond yoga, PŌZEN is a space for community and healing, hosting unique events like sound baths, wellness workshops, and more. We’re celebrating Rachelle this week for reaching her 50-class milestone at PŌZEN! 🎉🥂

Rachelle has been such a light in our community. Her smile is contagious, her energy is kind, and she always brings warmth to the studio. This year she made a brave leap into a brand new chapter with her Master’s program, and we’ve loved cheering her on as she follows her heart.

Between school, life, and the occasional night at the theatre instead of yoga (we love the balance), she still finds time to show up for herself and her practice 🧘‍♀️🩷
