Rolled fresh Sage from Drumheller today to cleanse and clear all things negative! PROGRESS report!
I have a sneaking suspicion that a Chinese Medicine MIRACLE is well underway 😍 this is the 1 week mark after a Grade 2 AC separation and partial ligament tear. Shoulder range of motion is significantly improved in most directions and strength is next to come... 💪🏼 thank you and Traditional Chinese Medicine - daily treatments are doing the trick ♥️

Acute Grade 2 AC separation + partial ligament tear REHAB!
Self treatment for an acute shoulder injury. Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine EVERY DAY is key after an acute injury. Today’s treatment is a medicated plaster over the injured area to infuse my joint with Chinese Herbs and Auricular Acupuncture. 5 days after being in the hospital and range of motion is increased and pain has decreased!
