I was reminded of how positive it can be to have a weekly recap & made sure to include that after my wind-down and afternoon fall walk today. (And actually after the farm lunch chores and school pickup and appointments)

❤️I loved taking a few moments to reflect on the positive changes this week through Network Spinal chiropractic :

Less hand numbness (thoracic outlet syndrome)
Migraine & Headache Support
Vertigo improvements
Decreased pain medications
Supporting hip surgery recovery
Easing neck and arm pain related to disc herniation
Improvements in sciatic pain
Cast off! (My kid) supporting normal spine motion

Plus, these are all successes for you! (That is, practice members in care). It is excellent to acknowledge the changes that we see.

Share your thoughts on what future Elan should offer!

Many of you know that I am currently participating in the Shuswap Launch-A-Preneur program. I am eager to bring additional service(s) to support your health and wellness needs. We plan to move the office into the Big Blue Shop across the driveway and bring in more offerings to create a healing sanctuary. (eager meaning give us a year or two to plan this out & build it out 😂)This is your chance to share your wish list! What do you want to see being offered here?

Shuswap Family Expo at the Salmon Arm Fair grounds! I enjoyed connecting with friends and practice members, meeting new faces & checking balance & coordination for some kids!
