How do we find mental health?
The journey to find mental well-being is often a long, winding and unexpected road.
We often think that our options are only medication and psychotherapy, and yet are often left with this inkling that there must be more.
Our minds are far too complex to be reduced to neurotransmitters and talk therapy. What about the influence of genetics, our environment, past traumas, hormones and nutrients?
The only way to mental well-being is via addressing its two most fundamental aspects: the story in the biochemistry.
My goal is to reset the bodies environment to serve as the foundation to achieve mental health. It’s a journey that takes courage and determination, but is ultimately the only way to gain autonomy over our mental and emotional state.
