What is Reiki?
Reiki is a wholesome system of natural healing that is blessed with total relaxation and stress release at physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. Reiki Level 1:

Course Outline: Introduction to Reiki includes history, principals, sensitizing hands, Attunement, specialties and benefits of Reiki; Chakra system, Chakra Meditation, Reiki and emotions, 21 days cleansing and practice tips, Opportunities to practice on self, partner and group treatments.
Class date & Time: April 25th and 26th from 11 am to 3 pm on both days. Total 8 hours
