2025 ✌️🫰
We had some heavy, gut wrenching, heartbreaking losses.
We also had moments that made our hearts soar higher than the mountain tops (that we like to climb). We tried new things, went new places and learned SO much along the way. Nothing was perfect, and it was beautiful.
The ups and downs will come, 2026 will be no different. We are here and ready to take it on together. ~We're grateful for every experience and who we were lucky enough to share moments big and small with. ~

Like a puzzle, we are made up of all the people, places, experiences and conversations that we were lucky enough to be a part of this year. Some pieces obvious while others randomly reveal themselves just in time to fit the perfect spot.

Thank you for being here along this wild journey with us. Extra special thanks to YOU for trusting us to be part of your wellness team as you navigate your own journey, it's more fun when we're together, sharing our wins, losses and everything in between.

In 2026 we let go of what no longer serves us.💕

Has anyone walked into a field recently?
Those mosquitos are something else this year!!!
If you have essential oils on hand, you can always whip up a quick potion.💫

Essentially, you're trying to smell like a flower without being flower-y enough to attract the bees. Our go-to essential oils are eucalyptus and peppermint mixed with water in a spray bottle.

Fun fact: there was a study released recently showing that lemongrass is also helpful to deter ticks....so we added a few drops of that as well for good measure.

Do you have any tips or tricks to deter mosquitos? Please share. Maybe someone has a hack we don't know about yet.

*Don't apply directly to your skin and be careful around your pets. Not claiming to be more effective that deet for these monster mosquitos, but it's better than nothing if you're in a pinch or prefer natural options when possible.

Three ways to use our Aromatherapy bomb
