Hello my Friends,
We are a month into 2026. The last year for many has felt heavy and stressful. Even if there was nothing personally going on for you, the state of the world permeates stress into everyday life. Mental, physical and emotional stress can cause detrimental things to our bodies.
According to the Mayo Clinic chronic stress can cause headaches, general muscle tension and pain, sleep problems, fatigue, stomach upset and digestive issues. Chronic stress also can negatively affect mental health, long term health issues and lean more into unhealthy coping behaviours.
Massage has been proven to help manage stress and it’s effects on the body. Regular massage can help lower blood pressure, improve sleep, decrease the tension in the muscles. It helps to connect the mind and body, bringing a sense of grounding.
The daylight is slowly getting longer but February is known as a month for having the ‘blues’. It is the perfect time to get some infrared therapy and slip into the sauna until the sun returns.
We can not take care of others if we are not caring for ourselves first.

45 Minutes $70.00. 2 hr massage $180.00
