New Year’s Eve Throwback ✨🎭

Our Nutcracker Ball brought a touch of magic to the afternoon as our community members were entertained by young aerialists, whose graceful movements and captivating performance created a truly enchanting experience.

It was a beautiful celebration filled with elegance, wonder, and shared joy—making it a memorable way to mark the final day of the year together. 💙

Every Monday, our community members come together with needles, yarn, and a shared purpose. 🧶

What began as a weekly knitting circle has grown into a meaningful tradition of giving back.

For the second year in a row, the handcrafted knitted items created by our community members were donated to Canadian Immigrant Women’s Association, an organization committed to empowering immigrant women and families as they build new beginnings.

This year, our impact went even further. In addition to the knitted donations, all proceeds from the peanut brittle sold during our Christmas Market were also donated to support the organization’s mission. From handmade creations to sweet holiday treats, every effort was driven by generosity, teamwork, and heart.

We are incredibly proud of our community members for transforming creativity and compassion into meaningful support for others.

Who says we can’t play golf in the winter? ⛳❄️
Our community members brought the fairway indoors and turned the Movement Studio into a mini golf course filled with smiles, laughter, and a little friendly competition. From perfect putts to playful cheers, it was a hole-in-one kind of day—proving that winter is no match for staying active, social, and having fun together.

New Year’s Eve Throwback ✨🎉

We celebrated the day in style with our Nutcracker Ball, held in the afternoon and brought to life by the stunning performance of young aerialists whose grace and talent captivated our community members.

As the evening continued, dinner was beautifully accompanied by a harpist, creating a calm and elegant atmosphere to close the day and welcome the New Year together.

From afternoon enchantment to an evening of harmony, it was a truly memorable New Year’s Eve at Swan Evergreen Village. 💙

Our community members love staying active in the afternoons, and with the snow outside, we brought the games indoors to the movement studio—where energy, smiles, and movement keep everyone warm. No problem at all!

They showered our residents with treats, laughter, and festive cheer, making it a truly delightful and magical musical gathering. Together with our wonderful staff, community members sang Christmas carols and shared joyful moments that warmed every heart. 🎶✨

Our community members painted bottles with festive designs, decorated them with bows and ornaments, and finished them off with twinkling fairy lights—creating beautiful Christmas centerpieces to brighten the season.
