After spending a decade working in the communication industry, Jaya is now committed to providing people with high quality, meaningful, beneficial, and life changing wellness therapies. She works with clients to provide individualized care by integrating different modalities and a variety of techniques, including but not limited to therapeutic exercises, range of motion testing, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, PNF, basic manual lymphatic drainage, trigger point work, hot stone, aromatherapy. Jaya is a graduate of 2400-hour Advanced Therapeutic Massage Therapy. She belongs to and is in good standing with the MTAA (Massage Therapist Association of Alberta). She has experience working with client’s that present symptoms with tension headache, chronic back pain, piriformis syndrome, sciatica, MS, thoracic outlet syndrome, frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel syndrome, parkinson’s, fibromyalgia, and more.
