Yoga has arrived at Noble Movement Hub , your local private fitness studio on Crow Lane.

If you’ve been hearing a quiet inner whisper saying, “Something needs to change… I need a space just for me,” this invitation is for you. Life has a way of pulling us in every direction at once. Work, family, responsibilities, expectations – until our bodies feel tight, our minds feel scattered, and we can’t quite remember the last time we truly exhaled.

So here is your chance to recalibrate.

Foundations of yoga for beginners or those returning to yoga after some time off. Taught by the excellent Kim White who is an expert yoga teacher specialising in Iyengar Yoga and a psychotherapist.

- Starts: Tuesday 10th March
- Time: 6:30pm- 7:45pm
- Runs for 4 weeks
- cost £50 for the 4 weeks

This time last week our first fitness retreat was under way:

Divine colourful nutrient dense lunch ✅
Infrared sauna and ice bath contrast therapy✅

Mobility, stretching and trigger point session ✅
Reiki and meditation ✅

If the thought of joining a circuit class makes your stomach flip, this community is for you. This room is full of normal humans who once felt exactly the same – and stayed because it felt safe, supportive and fun.

We go at our own pace, we cheer each other on, and we celebrate just showing up. If you’re nervous to begin, come anyway. You won't regret it!

Circuits- 45 minute sessions:

Over and out 2025. Time for even bigger magic in 2026.

Built off the back of deep grief and the obsession with helping humans feel and move the best they possibly can.

A distraction that has built the most wonderful and divine community.

No reel could have been long enough to share all I've documented over the past 12 months since we opened or everyone who has walked through the door.

But just want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who has been a part of Noble Movement. The vision, the dream. The hope, the crazy ideas lol. The members who put up with my shenanigans and who trust me with their most precious asset in life....their health and fitness. Thank you to the other amazing small local businesses who have spread the word and cheered me along.
