This February, Dr. Bryan and the crew at CCFH we’ll be taking part in The Push-Up Challenge!

The challenge is doing 2,000 pushups in the spam of 23 days. You can replace Push-ups with sit-ups, squats, or any other alternatives that suit your fitness level.
