The self - help tips given below may help especially senior citizens, before they can get to the doctor.

FOR:

*1. FOOD CHOKING*

You only need to "raise your handsโ€.
By raising your hands above your head, the food stuck in your throat will go down by itself.

*2. NECK PAIN*

Sometimes you wake up in the mornings with pain in the neck. One reason could be the use of wrong pillow. In such an situation, you only need to lift your feet, then pull your toes and move your feet in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction.

*3. CRAMPS*

When you have cramps on your left leg, raise your right hand high, when having cramp in your right leg, raise your left hand high. You will immediately feel better.

*4. TINGLING SENSATION*

When the left foot is tingling, swing your right arm with all your strength, when the right foot is tingling, swing your left arm with all your strength.

Sit in silence feel that Allah (SWT) is watching, let tears come, that's enough. There is no rush have the patience no words Allah knows what's in your heart, just sit beautify the Glory and Mercy of all the blessings, remember that there is no future aspirations. Silent prayer reaches quickly to Allah the Almighty because Allah is free from the burden of this world Most Gracious and Merciful.

*Having Allah (SWT) in your mind and ๐Ÿ’– Heart is a great blessing*, you don't have to ask for it, you get everything by having Allah the Almighty, with faith.
Pray five times Sincerely, make Dua ask what You want, ask for healing of this world, Prostate as the words spoken to the earth reaches the heavens. ask only and Only Allah the Almighty

Don't ask anyone, just *take shelter under the blessings with trust and faith when time will comer you will get everything on your own*

Tips to keep Cool in Summer : Summer is the best time to keep active as the Sun Rise is very early and normally we start work after 8.00 AM so have around 3 hours in hand which is really a lot of free time on hand. Drink at least 1-2 glasses of normal water immediately after getting up from bed finish natural call take a nice cold water bath. Perform your prayers and sit for a while in clam and oxygenate yourself by proper deep breathing and alternate nostril breathing. Then perform some real stretching Yoga Exercise, go our for a walk to gain A & D from the lovely light hot sun rays. Make a especial drink (take 1" long ginger crush it put in 1 cup water leave to boil in the men time take a nice big lime juice add water Apple Vinegar (Cider) and one table spoon of Honey and a few leaves of Mint. Drink
Benefits you will lose weight will remain oxygenated all day and those who need weight gain can have it in cold water.

I would like to thank all who have commented and like the post, my main purpose for this spot was only to make everyone feel inspired and motivated. This is an example for you all that at the age of 65 I keep myself fit, which has kept my immunity strong to fight any kind of viral infections, pain free joints, You may not believe that since 2000 I have not used any kind of medicines. There are many different exercise for different problems. If you are ready to spent an hour just loving yourself. Trust me it will prove your loved ones that you love them. As being healthy will let you live long and will be more productive for your family, society as well country. Remember this TRUTH and the only BITTER TRUTH " NO ONE OR ANYONE IS OF ANY USE TO YOU IF YOU ARE OF NO USE TO THEM " This is the reality of life.

10 minutes of Si lance with deep breathing will increase the immune system, will make lungs strong as well strengthen the digestive system. As winter is on its way take 250 grams of Ginger, 100 grams of sugar and 100 grams of Pure Ghee. Make a fine paste of ginger cook on low fine till it leaves the corner of the pan add sugar and again good till ghee is out remove from the ghee and bottle the halwa and keep in dinning table to take a table spoon with warm cup of tea or warm water. it will protect from any winter problems as well will help relief in any kind of joint pains, Asthma, And will give inner warmth to the body.

Its winter time a few bast tips to clean you blood and beautify you skin. Take a Bitter grout (Kareela) cut half remove the inner part cut into pieces, soak in water over night and morning put in blender with mint and a small piece of ginger. strain and drink the juice. 21 days of drinking will make you feel strong and fresh and skin. Take a 2-3 medium size tomatoes make a hole in the crown and squeeze out the juice and pour a tea spoon of honey in each and leave them on terrace let over night to be soaked with due and morning eat with in a week an amazing glow will be on your face. skin will get pink and boost hemoglobin.

Its time now the season will be changing, lets prepare ourselves with these few what to eat to keep our immunity strong. Start morning with drinking a glass of warm adding some dry ginger and cinnamon. If you take boiled or fried egg sprinkle little fresh ground black pepper. soak some Kabali chana at night and read raw, or grind them with 2 cloves of garlic and 3 dates add little olive oil spread on Roti or bread and eat. Its very Healthy and gives lot of strength to the body. It will increase immunity and make you strong. What we need the internal heat of the body.

Yesterday had a very good discussion with a few doctors at the Oman Medical Exhibition, the case of most of the disease are two main problems, first is the STRESS and the second OBESITY. Unfortunately both of these are our own created problems.. If one only get connected to his inner self 80-90% of stress will subside, similarly if we are just a little conscious of what we are eating and how we are eating will reduce abusing our body. Be kind to yourself. Prevention is more important then cure, why one should become sick when he/she can live a healthy and happy life with very little efforts, one needs to give just an hour to himself/ herself. Just be very conscious before you eat and drink anything. do not over load you body more than the capacity of work. Our body and brain both need proper rest. You need to schedule your daily routine and make sure that the person inside you needs to talk, listen to his voice as he is the only and only your best friend who can tell you about you.
