Human Resources & Administration Coordinator (Part-Time, Limited Term)
Alberta Youth Program Opportunity
Granddaughters Home Care (GHC) is hiring a tech-savvy, people-focused HR & Administration Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, and office operations. You’ll work directly with the Owner and leadership team, help enhance our hiring processes, and contribute to the growth of a mission-driven care organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Support recruitment: job ads, screening, and initial interviews
• Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and HR documentation
• Help implement digital HR tools and process improvements
• Provide general administrative and scheduling support
• Collaborate with care leadership on staffing needs
What We’re Looking For
• Motivated, adaptable, and tech-savvy
• Strong communicator and creative problem solver
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
Preferred Education
HR, Business Admin, Office Admin, Marketing, or related programs.
Alberta Youth Program Requirements
• Ages 15–24
• Alberta resident & Canadian citizen/PR
