Happy Family Day! Family Day is a reminder of what truly matters. Connection, care, and the people who walk alongside us through every season of life. At Granddaughters Home Care, we are so grateful for the family and friends who make what we do possible. Our incredible team, who we proudly consider family, show up every day with compassion, dedication, and heart. You’ll work directly with the Owner and leadership team, help enhance our hiring processes, and contribute to the growth of a mission-driven care organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Support recruitment: job ads, screening, and initial interviews
• Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and HR documentation
• Help implement digital HR tools and process improvements
• Provide general administrative and scheduling support
• Collaborate with care leadership on staffing needs

What We’re Looking For
• Motivated, adaptable, and tech-savvy
• Strong communicator and creative problem solver
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills

Preferred Education
HR, Business Admin, Office Admin, Marketing, or related programs.

If you have experience in personal care, memory care, and building meaningful relationships, this role offers an opportunity to make a real difference in your community. You’ll assist clients with daily living tasks, provide companionship, support outings, prepare meals, and offer light housekeeping—all while ensuring safety, respect, and clear communication with families and GHC management. To join our family-focused team, you must be a certified HCA listed on the Alberta HCA Directory, have a recent Vulnerable Sector Check, current First Aid/CPR, a valid driver’s license with vehicle access, and a caring, client-centered approach. Today we celebrate the incredible Health Care Aides who are integral part of our Granddaughters Home Care family. Your compassion, patience, and commitment bring comfort and dignity to every client you support. This year is especially meaningful as it was announced that in 2026 HCAs join the same regulatory college as Licensed Practical Nurses. The College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta, recognizing the professionalism and essential role HCAs play in continuing care. We’re so proud to work alongside you.
