40 Was pretty great but 45 is even better~ I had dreams of grandeur then I still do now~ but my focus has changed dramitcally! I have a completely different vision. Overall now tending to my inner garden to serve the outer world. My mission has no "end goal" I'm not in it for the final destination. Manifestation has become part of the play but not the main role. I'm pleasently surprised by life (mostly) and when faced with disturbance understand through it all it's carving me out to be exactly whom I'm meant to be. Holding gratitude today for all I am attracting through my frequency, all the blessing that have come my way this past year and all I am calling in to cultivate heaven on earth. There are many focused on the problems~ I see a very diffferent world. We are batteries and the creators of change~ where are you putting your energy?

Join Lindsay Brandon for an intimate gathering of Sacred Song 🎵

We will learn and practice mantra, bija mantra (seed sounds) and sacred songs. The word mantra is translated as man – the mind and tra – a tool. Indeed, mantra is a tool to quiet the mind. To bring us into presence. To use the power of our own voice to heal and realign ourselves.

Mantra is most often in Sanskrit but sometimes English is woven through, or entire songs are sung in English as well. Both long form and short form mantra will be shared as well as bhajans (devotional songs.) Participants are encouraged to join in but not required. Come and bathe in the soothing sounds of these sacred works.

Friday, April 29, 2022 | 6-8 pm| fee is on a sliding scale, so you can pay what you can, price options at time of registration 🙏

NOTE: The option to take this class in person or remotely will be up to you. Please choose In Studio or Virtual at time of registration. Zoom link for Virtual classes to be sent at time of registration.

Are you interested in meditation but not sure where to start?

Join Lindsay Brandon for this opportunity to learn energy work (pranayama) and different types of meditation, which will encourage your own personal practice to flourish.

Open your mind to what meditation looks like. Try mudras, mantra, movement, focus and embodiment
practise to draw your attention inwards. The mind is a tool and a gift to us if we do not allow it to rule us or identify with it. Making the distinction between our thoughts and the witness of our thoughts allows us to disassociate from the thought patterns themselves and utilize them as a means of self study.

The journey of meditation enables us to understand neurological patterns we currently have
and brings awareness to current perceptions regarding our situations in life and relationships. With more self awareness we can dig deeper into the stories we have about ourselves and change the story if need be.
Without Svadyaya (self study) we can live our lives believing our story is our reality. We feel like life is
happening to us, not through us. These practises of dharana (concentration) dhyana (meditation)
pranayama (breath/energy work) and pratyahara (drawing attention inwards) are a means of attaining
samadhi (enlightenment).

To truly know thyself leads to living a more fulfilling and purposeful life. It enables us to perceive from a higher perspective unclouded by the maya (illusion) of the mind. Join Lindsay in this registered program to witness the change that occurs in your daily life as you bring awareness into your current mental state and work towards self realization and responsibility.
