Wow. Perfect reminder. 💜

Archangel Metatron is truly an amazing energetic force and has so many energetic gifts to share with us. As we are working this week with the energies of transition and change, I wanted to bring you AA Metatron's gift of clearing and reseting. When we are shifting through the cycles of change, and so much is surfacing, we can get overwhelmed in thought and emotion, and that can often times have an effect on our daily experiences. In turn, we can end up with, what I call "surface debris" or "white noise". This is the negative energies of limiting thoughts, beliefs or emotions that appear in our energy system only as a result or reaction of what has come to surface for healing and release. We can ask AA Metatron to share his gift of an energy clearing with us to wipe clean anything that is just taking up space - it's like sweeping the leaves off the deck that have arrived from the wind. He can basically smudge our bodies!!
When we are shifting, transitioning, changing and transforming, we need to keep open as much energy space as possible to give our systems the freedom to move and shift as it prepares for release, healing and the energies of our new beginning.
The other thing that AA Metatron's energy can gift us with is the energy system "reset button". This gift is awesome when what we want to reset and realign ourselves to Universal Divinity. Personally, I reset myself when my thoughts have run away with me, when I overreact, and when it seems my intentions are conflicting. AA Metatron has asked that I also share with you that drinking plenty of water will amplify the energy gifts he brings us in both clearing and reseting.
