Today we heard a report of a recording of one of our staff being used intentionally imitate us and try to "get you booked in".

The call came from an unlisted number.

We will only use our public numbers to call you, unless a specific instruction is given to expect a call (from a doctor for example) at an unlisted number.

If anything feels off, please call us back at our public number to ensure you are only speaking directly to us.

We are so sorry that we even have to make this type of announcement as we would much prefer to focus our efforts on the health and well-being of Calgarians.
