Naturopathic Medicine and Bowen Therapy Hello! Welcome to my page. My main focus is on digestive health, women's health, mental health, and holistic skincare.

I am a naturopathic doctor in Calgary and I believe that being healthy means living your best self and being happy with who you are. I strive to help my patients live optimally and my goal is to support them as thoroughly as possible, no matter where they are in their health journey. My primary focus is sitting with you, learning about your life and your goals, and finding a way to get you to your most radiant self through customized, holistic treatment plans. My default has always been to be negative. ⁣
Being positive has never come naturally to me.⁣
⁣
But I’ve switched that recently.⁣
And it really was that simple. ⁣
Just making the choice to look at my life with love and gratitude. ⁣
And in a short amount of time, I’ve received that and more in return. It’s been out of this world. ⁣
