Talking about su***de can bring up discomfort, but having these conversations is so important. In this webinar, open to everyone in the community, we will learn how to have these conversations with sensitivity and empathy, ensuring those who are struggling feel heard and supported. Learning to lean into this discomfort will allow you to shift from powerlessness to proactivity and support. Remember, you can make a difference for those who are struggling!

Happy Mother's Day!

On this day, I hope we remember, not everyone has/had a wonderful or present mother.

If today is difficult for you for any reason, that’s okay.

I’d like to add these to the list:

Those with narcissistic/abusive mothers
Those grieving the loss of an absent mother
Those who played the role of a mother (daughters, siblings, family members, and others)
Those who became mothers through adoption
Those who played the role of both mothers and fathers
Those not accepted by society as mothers due to any reason (2SLGBTQ+, non-binary or not cisgendered)
Those grandmothers stepping into the role of mothers

You are all loved.
