DeAndra has been a part of our team for an incredible 13 years!

When she first got the opportunity, it was a big change, but as soon as she got a taste of the occupational health specialty, she was hooked! Over the years, she’s loved seeing how much health and safety has grown, with so much more emphasis now being placed on the wellbeing and safety of employees.

One thing that hasn’t changed at Precede is the overwhelming feeling of family, which is what keeps DeAndra here after all this time. We are unbelievably grateful for her and the impact she’s made. We wouldn’t be who we are today without her. Thank you, DeAndra, for everything you do!

We’re beyond grateful to be recognized with the Consumer Choice Award for Occupational Therapists in Central Alberta. Although our work centres on Occupational Health and Safety rather than occupational therapy, this award means the world to us. It reflects the trust our community places in us and is such a powerful reminder that the care, expertise, and integrity we bring to our clients truly does make a difference!
