Have fun and promote wellbeing in this Restorative Rhythms Community Drum Circle. Connecting through expressive drum beats, mindful movement, and concluding with a nurturing rhythm cradle will allow you to let go of any stuck energies or e-motions, and improve overall wellness!

No drumming experience is required, and drums are provided. Limited spaces. Come drum and have some fun!
