Kaura Grant of Luna Soul Rhythms and Rituals , is offering Restorative Rhythms Integrated Community Drum Circles open to all experience levels.

Community Drum Circles are a great way to explore a variety of drums and percussion instruments, basic rhythms, while promoting fun and playfulness and bringing your own unique rhythm into harmony with others, finding connection between the beats.

This class blends drumming, gentle movement and a blissful Rhythm Cradle to enhance your sense of well being.

Limited to 15 spaces
Adults $15.00 Children 8+ /Seniors $10
Suitable for ages 8 plus with supervision.

Doors open at 1:50. Doors close promptly at 2:05 for building security.

You say you're not musical or you've never drummed before?

No problem. If you have a heartbeat you can drum! We do a little mini lesson on each drum and the rhythms are easy to follow.

Drums are provided and we have lots of percussion to change it up. If you bring your own drum there is a $5 discount.
Adults $20 Seniors/ children $15
This activity is for ages 8 and up with supervision.
