wow that was a long time ago! How we’ve grown better every year, well done team.! Such an amazing place.
It's fall! 🍂🍂 As the air starts to cool we head into the transition time between summer and winter.
We are moving from Yang to Yin 🌖 and are in the time of the Lungs. 🌬
This means a time to slow down, nourish our bodies and give ourselves some extra attention.
The Lungs hold on to grief and sadness😨😭 Weak lung energy can be the cause of feeling overwhelmed, constantly in a state of grief, finding it hard to let go of things and feelings of depression. Something, I'm sure, we are all more prone to after such a stressful year as this.
A simple way to strengthen your Lung energy is to breathe deeply!
Breathe in for a count of 4 • hold for a count of 7 • exhale for a count of 8.
Repeat 4 times!
