Sunday Yoga at Stanley Park – We’re On!

Looks like we lucked out with a beautiful +11°C this Sunday — and after hearing from so many of you, it’s official: class is on!

All levels welcome — everyone can join in!
Pay what you can.

Last-minute decisions are totally fine — you can even sign up right at class.

🌅 Pop-Up Yoga This Friday!
Friday, October 10 • 5:30–6:30pm • Stanley Park

It’s going to be a beautiful +19°C evening — perfect for an outdoor yoga session before the cold rolls in! ❄️
Sunday’s class is cancelled (snow in the forecast!), so make sure to join us Friday evening instead.
✨ This might be the last outdoor class of 2025 ✨

All levels welcome • 60-minute class • Bring a sweater as the sun sets on us at Stanley Park 🌤️
