🌸 Thank You Calgary! 🌸

A big thank you to everyone who came out this morning for our International Women’s Day Yoga at Southcentre Mall. It was such a beautiful way to start the day — moving, breathing, and celebrating together.

I’m so grateful for this amazing community. Seeing so many people show up for themselves and for each other made it really special. 💕

If you enjoyed today’s class, I hope to see you again soon when Calgary Outdoor Yoga returns this May for our Sunday classes in the parks.

There’s nothing quite like yoga outside with fresh air, sunshine, and a great group of people.
