It’s yoga time! Join me for one or all of my June workshops! Starting tonite June 8th! We practice live on zoom! DM me if you want to come! Tuition is $42 for all 3 classes! Or $20 drop in!!You will need a yoga strap and 2 blocks and yoga mat for these classes! Payment is e-transfer to cozieyogaclub@gmail.com reach out! Let’s do some yoga! Can’t make it? No problem! All classes are recorded and sent to your email for you to watch on demand, even if your present, you get to keep the class!

Yoga is the glue in my life. And it’s because I am a teacher. I wonder often if I would do as much yoga if I didn’t teach it, because of how busy we keep ourselves. Come practice with us in the Cozie Yoga Club! Every Sunday 12-1pm MST on Zoom. For now. This is where I teach you. From the comfort of your own living room. Enjoy Jade on demand. I am FREE. I am BLESSED. I am feeling the LOVE. 💕❤️💕 This graphic was made by my sweet boyfriend who’s in Graphic Design school with me right now at VCAD. This photo was taken on the island last summer near the forbidden plateau road. Come be free with me and I will show you the way to a healthy life thru yoga and breathwork and meditations. Every Sunday In Calgary I teach on zoom for your convenience from the comfort of your home mat. 12-1pm MST. Then I dash to my sacred space in Kensington and fly ups side down and find the inner child in all of us and play. Come have fun with us today 2:30-2:30pm
