During the first 30 minutes, Kris Inglis will guide you through gentle beginner yoga practice to the sounds of large singing bowls, a planetary gong and a carefully selected mix of therapeutic instruments.

The second part of the class will include lying in stillness and listening to therapeutic sounds, allowing your brain to shift into a slower, more relaxed brainwave state. The vibrations will help release muscle tension, deepen breathing and support nervous system regulation.
