February is often called the season of love.
For many people, though, love doesn’t always feel simple — especially when addiction is part of the story.

In family recovery, love is strong. It’s resilient. And it often takes a lot of quiet courage.

This month, we hope you pause for a moment and recognize your effort even on the days that feel heavy or uncertain.

Supporting someone through addiction takes heart, patience, and compassion. You don’t have to do this perfectly. You’re not expected to have all the answers.
What matters most is that you keep showing up.
