Today's message is Play! I love how the word itself evokes images of joy, laughter and lighthearted fun. This message flows well with the Ta**us Full Moon as we all deserve to balance our lives with play, pleasure and enjoyment.

If you are not feeling like playing at this time, its helpful to remember times that you had fun without feeling guilty. Simple pleasures like laughing with a friend, just being in the moment or even watching a funny movie are important to keep us balanced, healthy and joyful. 😊✨️

Allow this message to remind you to create more playfulness into your life. This card is a reminder that life doesn't always have to be serious, hard or tiring. If you feel overworked or anxious, remember to breathe and release tension in your jaw, neck and shoulders. Today's card pull is a beautiful message to have faith and trust that things will work out for our highest good. We are supported by loved ones, angels and the divine. This is a good reminder to stop worrying and focus on the best outcomes.

If you are struggling with having faith at this time, remember times in the past when things worked out better than you thought they would.

The image on the card is also a reminder to look at the higher perspective and focus on the good. Let go of what you cannot control and see the best in yourself and others.

I think of the reiki principles "Just for today: I will not worry, I will not anger, I will be grateful, I will do my work honestly, and I will be kind to every living thing."
