NEW OFFERING!! I’m excited to share that I am now offering Cosmetic Facial Acupuncture sessions here at TerraSana Health.

Cosmetic Facial Acupuncture is a luxurious treatment and an effective long lasting alternative to medical procedures such as botox or fillers.

Each treatment is a combination of body points to cultivate balance from within and facial points to tone muscles, smooth fine lines, stimulate collagen production, increase circulation, heal acne and promote overall health and wellbeing.

All treatments are followed by Gua Sha or facial cupping to sculpt the face, reduce puffiness and relax tension.

For best results it’s recommended to receive an initial 6-10 treatments over 3 months followed by a maintenance session every 1-2 months to keep you feeling and looking your best!

I’m back to poking people.

Acupuncture has just received approval for Phase 2 re-opening starting Friday June 12th. I will be returning to clinic Monday June 15th.

Here is what you need to know.

*PRIORITY 1-If I cancelled your appointment March, April, May, June-I WILL contact you FIRST.

*PRIORITY 2-If you contacted me to be placed on a waitlist in the last few weeks, you will be contacted after Priority 1 has been completed.

*PRIORITY 3-all people not Priority 1 & 2 will be placed on a waitlist and will be contacted as soon as I book in the first 2 priorities. Please indicate if you are a new or existing patient. Don’t be shy, call, email or DM and I will place you on my list.

With the smoke thick for its second day I’m Reposting this medicine courtesy of ✨

We woke up to lots of smoke and ash in the air this morning from the fires up north. It’s that time of year again, sadly. 😢 so it’s time again to NOURISH YOUR LUNGS 💙
Make sure you stay inside if you can
Don't exercise outside
Keep your windows closed
Turn on your air purifiers
Drink some peppermint tea, ginger or turmeric are good too (No turmeric in pregnancy though). Try the famous pear ginger decoction:
Cut up one pear and
one inch of fresh ginger
Put in a pan/pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil then simmer for 15-20 mins or until it gets syrupy.
Drink the liquid and eat the pear and eat the ginger if you like it! Pears are a lung nourishing food. Ginger has anti inflammatory, antibacterial and antiviral properties.
