I see so many posts about how hard perimenopause is supposed to be…
and I’ll be honest — I don’t relate.
I’m 47 with…
No hot flashes.
No brain fog.
No sleep issues.
No PMS.
My words still show up on demand.
My body still responds when I ask it to.
The *only* thing I’ve noticed?
My period shows up a couple days earlier than it used to… and it’s slightly lighter. That’s it.
Which, for a long time, left me genuinely confused.
Because according to social media, I should be struggling.
Here’s what I’ve learned from 12 years of holistic nutrition support:
When you address hormone health at the ROOT LEVEL, perimenopause doesn’t have to announce itself with symptoms.
You don’t need to brace for impact.
You don’t need to “power through.”
And you don’t need to wait for things to go sideways before you act.
If you want to flow through this phase without constantly wondering “is this perimenopause?” —
there’s a very specific way to support your body so it stays steady.
