It’s simple.
STOP blaming every new symptom that pops in now as “perimenopause”!
Perimenopause has become a convenient scapegoat for everything that feels uncomfortable or inconvenient.
Listen, hormonal fluctuations during this phase of life are REAL.
But, the real question isn’t:
“Is this perimenopause?”
The real question is:
Why is my body struggling to adapt to this transition?
Because most of the symptoms women blame on perimenopause aren’t actually caused by it.
They’re signals of deeper imbalances:

→ inflammation colliding with chronic stress

Perimenopause didn’t create those problems. It simply lowered the body’s tolerance for them.
So no, perimenopause isn’t the villain to be focused on.
