As we move through the heart of winter (and on Christmas Day for many), I wanted to share a few gentle reminders from my recent Winter Newsletter — along with warm holiday wishes.
Winter is a season for slowing down, supporting your nervous system, and caring for your body with intention. A few simple ways to do that:
✨ Keep skin nourished with dry brushing + a lightweight oil (like Flo Aromatherapy’s Revive)
💧 Stay hydrated (warm, cozy drinks absolutely count — Genuine Tea’s Cream of Earl Grey is a favourite!)
🚶♀️ Choose gentle movement to support circulation and ease stiffness
🧘♀️ Take a few quiet minutes for breathing or meditation
✨ A few important studio updates:
• Starting January 1, 2026, all clients will be asked to complete an updated health history form, as several studio policies have changed. I appreciate your understanding — these updates help ensure your sessions remain safe, supportive, and effective.
• The studio will be closed December 31 – January 4. December 29 & 30 are currently full; you’re welcome to add yourself to the waitlist in case of cancellations.
• Winter Self-Care Special: Enjoy $5 off each session booked by December 31 for appointments between January 1–February 28.
