Thank you so much to everyone who reached out with birthday wishes last week — I truly felt the love and appreciate this community more than you know. 🤍

A few scheduling notes for upcoming time away:
• This week: February 26–28
• March 23–25
• Extended time off: April 11–19

If you have a preference for evenings or weekends in April, I encourage you to pre-book, as those appointments will be more limited with the time away. My schedule runs on a rolling two-month basis, so most of April is now open for booking.

And a gentle heads up that there will be a pricing adjustment effective April 1 — further details to follow.

From creating your account and settling into the studio, to check-ins, quiet moments on the table, and thoughtful wrap-up care afterward, everything is designed with your comfort and safety in mind. There’s no rush, no pressure—just space to breathe, soften, and be cared for.

It’s been a moment since I last shared here. Sometimes the most supportive thing we can do is step back, slow down, and tend to our own nervous systems.

For me, that meant a peaceful walk through a favourite park — fresh air, slower steps, and a few curious birds keeping me company. 🐦

February availability is now available, with some days filling more quickly than others. I’ll be away from the studio on February 20 and February 26–28.

If you’ve been considering booking, this may be a supportive time to do so.

✨January & February Availability + Updated 2026 Hours ✨

As we move into 2026, I wanted to share that both January and February schedules are now open and fully viewable through the online booking portal, along with my updated clinic hours.

Updated Hours (effective January 1, 2026):
• Mondays: Closed
• Tuesday – Friday: 11:00am – 3:30pm
• Every other Tuesday: 11:00am – 7:00pm
• Every other Friday: 11:00am – 7:00pm
• Two Saturdays per month (typically): 10:30am – 3:00pm

If you like to plan ahead, you’re welcome to browse and schedule appointments for January and February at a pace that feels supportive.

As a small winter thank-you, appointments booked by December 31 for January or February may use the code WinterWell2026 for $5.00 off each appointment. Please include the code in the Notes section when booking. This offer cannot be combined with any other discount or membership.

Members continue to enjoy priority booking, discounted sessions, and access to extended hours.

As we move through the heart of winter (and on Christmas Day for many), I wanted to share a few gentle reminders from my recent Winter Newsletter — along with warm holiday wishes.

Winter is a season for slowing down, supporting your nervous system, and caring for your body with intention. A few simple ways to do that:

• Starting January 1, 2026, all clients will be asked to complete an updated health history form, as several studio policies have changed. I appreciate your understanding — these updates help ensure your sessions remain safe, supportive, and effective.

• The studio will be closed December 31 – January 4. December 29 & 30 are currently full; you’re welcome to add yourself to the waitlist in case of cancellations.

• Winter Self-Care Special: Enjoy $5 off each session booked by December 31 for appointments between January 1–February 28.
