As we get further into January, we want to encourage you to spend time outdoors to help support your winter mindset. We are lucky to be having such great weather this year and know how much mood is impacted by just getting outside. We want to help make sure our patients are happy, healthy and taken care of.

How to Enter:

1. Post a photo of your outdoor “Winter Mindset” January activities.
