But now, every time I step into my office to help a client find relief from pain or stress, I realize I'm just living out my name. I spent Mon and Tues with Rob and Sherry Routledge from Rapid NFR. They had a Upper Rapid NFR class in Calgary and I had the pleasure of helping out. We went over protocols for tmj, carpal tunnel, tennis elbow, golfers elbow, whiplash, shoulder pains, frozen shoulder, and breathing dysfunction. Sharpening my skills while assisting. Rapid sessions can be anywhere from 15 to 30 min. You don't need 60 min sessions to deal with pain anymore.
